St. Charles County Library District
Progress West HealthCare Center and Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital partner with the St. Charles County Library District to bring health information to St. Charles County. In the Middendorf-Kredell branch on Highway K, The Consumer Health Information section -- Your Healthy Answers Place -- has an extensive collection of materials and electronic resources on health-related issues and dedicated staff to help you find the information. Both hospitals provide funding, expertise and programming. Each month, the hospitals host health lectures or screenings, along with an ask the doctor program, bringing medical experts to the community.
O'Fallon Chamber of Commerce
In alignment with other O'Fallon-based businesses and the O'Fallon Chamber of Commerce, Progress West strives to stem the outmigration from St. Charles County for goods and services and keep consumers local by providing high quality products and services. Progress West is a major Chamber sponsor of the annual golf outing.
Baby Kid Expo
Again, in partnership with Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital, Progress West sponsors and staffs this large-scale event designed to provide information to parents in the metro region. Learn more about the Baby Kid Expo.

Progress West is a gold-level sponsor of Dardenne Prairie Prairie Days, a community event.
Bi-National Health Fair
Progress West provides screenings at this Wentzville, Missouri, Bi-National Health Fair that targets Hispanic-Americans.
Lake St. Louis Dardenne Prairie Chamber of Commerce
Progress West is a member of the Lake St. Louis Dardenne Prairie Area Chamber. Our hospital helps to promote the overall mission of the chamber to foster sound economic development and enhance the quality of life in Lake Saint Louis and Dardenne Prairie Area.
Community Council of St. Charles County
Addressing the needs of health and human services agencies withinSt. Charles County, Community Council is an important piece of our community. Progress West is a member of Community Council and supports them through membership and representation on their Board of Directors.
Independent Transportation Network (ITN)
Progress West supports ITNAmerica, a nonprofit membership organization, which supports senior and those with disabilities in St. Charles County. The service offers rides with trained drivers to and from home, doctors’ offices and Progress West and Barnes-Jewish St. Peters. 
Alzheimer’s Association
The Alzheimer’s Association is the nation’s largest voluntary health organization in Alzheimer care, support and research. The St Louis chapter is leading the way with their Walk to End Alzheimer’s, which Progress West is proud to support.
Medical Explorers
In partnership with the organization Exploring, Learning for Life, Progress West HealthCare Center, Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital, St. Joseph Health Center and St. Joseph Hospital West, served as host organizations for students who are interested in exploring careers in the Medical Profession.
AARP
Progress West supports the AARP Driver Safety program that helps drivers age 50 and older refine their existing skills and develop safe driving strategies in today’s challenging driver environment.
Achieve- Live Well O’Fallon
Live Well O’Fallon brings together local leaders and stakeholders to build healthier communities by promoting policy, systems, and environmental change strategies that focus on physical activity, nutrition, tobacco cessation, obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Progress West is a member of the O’Fallon Live Well Coalition. 
St. Charles Community College Foundation
Progress West Supports the St. Charles Community College Foundation by supporting three major events; the Spring Wellness Festival and 10k, Rhythm and Ribs, and the annual Golf Tournament.
American Heart Association
To support the American Heart Association’s mission to fight heart disease in women, Progress West is a proud sponsor of the “Go Red for Women” luncheon. Progress West and BJC HealthCare provide screenings and education on the prevalence and dangers of Heart Disease.
